Leverage Companies’ flagship investment vehicle, TLC Opportunity Debt Fund I, offers investors access to institutional-quality, income-generating real estate debt through our lending division, Brick City Capital. Operating as a direct lender, we deploy investor capital the way banks do: funding experienced real estate professionals and serial investors nationwide. Since its inception in April 2024, the Fund has achieved an average PRCR of 4.16x and a median of 3.99x, reflecting strong coverage, disciplined underwriting, and transparent performance around preferred returns. By originating loans across 44 states, the Fund leverages our managers’ deep experience while mitigating risk through diversification and reduced market volatility.
